This Ethiopian Sidama Sky coffee is a really enjoyable light-medium roast. It has a smooth, bright flavor profile with a nice balance between acidity and sweetness. The coffee has a clean finish and plenty of character without tasting overly bitter or heavy.

I especially liked how fresh and flavorful it tasted compared with typical grocery-store coffee. It’s a great choice if you prefer lighter roasts that let the natural characteristics of the beans come through.
