How fresh is your coffee?
Very. We roast to order and ship within 48 hours of roasting. You're not getting a bag that's been sitting in a warehouse โ you're getting coffee at peak freshness.
Where does your coffee come from?
We source single-origin coffees from farms and cooperatives around the world, with a focus on traceable, high-quality lots. Each product page includes origin and tasting notes so you know exactly what you're getting.
Whole bean or ground?
We offer both. Select your preference on the product page. If you're unsure, whole bean stays fresher longer โ grind it fresh for the best cup.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Subscribe & Save 15% on any coffee and never run out. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime โ no commitment, no fine print.

How long does shipping take?
Standard products ship in 1โ3 business days and arrive in 3โ7 days. Made-to-order gear (like the River Hat and Camo Cap) ships within 7โ10 business days. Coffee ships within 48 hours of roasting.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap โ sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right โ replacement, exchange, or full refund. No questions asked.
Can I return opened coffee?
We don't accept returns on opened coffee for hygiene reasons, but if there's ever a quality issue, we'll always take care of you. Just reach out.

What does 'made to order' mean?
Some of our gear is produced specifically for your order to minimize waste and ensure quality. It takes a little longer (7โ10 days to ship), but you're getting something made just for you โ not pulled from a generic stockpile.
How do I care for my hat?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
