Standard Products (Hats, Mugs, Accessories)
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Domestic Shipping (US): 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships
Made-to-Order Products
Some of our gear (like the River Hat and Timberline Camo Cap) is made specifically for you to reduce waste and ensure quality. These items typically ship within 7–10 business days of your order. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's in the mail.
Coffee Orders
Our coffee is roasted fresh and ships within 48 hours of roasting. We don't pre-roast and stockpile — your bag is made for your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — no hassle, no hoops.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
- Once we receive your item (if applicable), we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened coffee bags (for hygiene reasons) — but if there's a quality issue, we'll always make it right
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
