Order Processing (The Roasting Process) Unlike big-box stores, we do not let our coffee sit on shelves for months. Every bag from Cascadia Bean Supply is roasted to order.

This means when you place an order, we get to work. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be roasted, bagged, and handed off to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your fresh beans are on the way.

Shipping Rates & Estimates We ship strictly within the United States to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Orders under $50: Standard shipping rates apply (calculated at checkout based on weight and destination).

  • Orders over $50: We offer FREE Standard Shipping.

Estimated Transit Time: Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you havenโ€™t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cascadiabeansupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages & Issues If your package arrives damaged or the bag is compromised, please take a photo of the condition immediately and email it to us. We will arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent out right away.

Correct Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, please email us immediately; if the order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to update it.
