It starts with the deep, comforting sweetness of molasses and dates—perfect for a cold day—but finishes with a bright, waking snap of red delicious apple and grapefruit. Grown from heritage varietals in the high altitudes of Mexico, this is a coffee that brings a little bit of sunshine to the grayest Northwest afternoon. Rich, clear, and exceptionally smooth. Tasting Notes: Date sugar, crisp apple, dark molasses, grapefruit zest. Roast Level: Light-Medium. Best For: Afternoon pour-over or a bright start to a slow Sunday.
